Minimum 4 years of proven work experience as Digital Marketing Specialist
360 degree understanding of Acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention in the digital marketing.
Strong Project management skills
Experience working in Digital Marketing/e-commerce domain. Exposure Jewelry domain is an added plus
Understanding of project processes (scheduling, documentation, risk analysis, and contingency planning).
Good understanding of development process, including development, testing, and deployment, as well as work breakdown, dependencies, responsibilities (full SDLC).
Proficiency in AGILE/SCRUM methodologies
Polished written and oral communication skills and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients.
Ability to work with an offshore marketing team on a different time zone
Strong ability to use/manage project management tracking/reporting tools (eg. JIRA)
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills.

understanding of email best practices within the following categories – (Targeting/Segmentation, Personalization, Triggered Automation, Orchestrated Journeys, Multivariate Testing & Optimization). Some responsibilities include
Identify target audience and grow our email list
Direct the offshore team to Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Strong analytical skills on email marketing metrics & KPIs and having the ability to make recommendations/adjustments to Campaigns/Journeys based on such insights.
Experience in at least one major Digital Marketing platform on the cloud such as Oracle Responsys, Salesforce Exact Target, Adobe, Braze etc.
