Requirements are the core of the Business Analyst’s Role:
1. Requirements Gathering- defining, analyzing and documenting requirements; managing requirements at the project level, leading to fulfilling business needs
2. Requirements Analysis- Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and handing over to delivery teams for deployment
We are looking for a person who can engage with existing customers with the objective of mining and growing these accounts. The person has to engage with Clients, Delivery, CSMs and Salesforce Account Managers and CSMs to drive growth
The person will be responsible to engaging all Key Accounts for the CRM practice with the objective of raising the level of engagement to strategic levels and driving growth.
The person will engage with the following as part of the role:
