Our customer is an association of evangelical Christian churches that organises multiple programs and online prayer events for varied participants from the community. The main challenge they faced was that they were unable to provide a personalised experience on the website for the different sorts of people who visited their website.
Lister consulted with the customer and leveraged oracle Maximiser’s personalisation feature. We defined the custom attributes in the Maximiser campaign by importing various audience segments gathered through user behaviour, personalising the interactions from CRM and ESP platforms.
- This improved engagement on the website; event registration for prayer events improved, as the personalisation ensured that every event targeted the right type of audience group
- The content and navigation experience on the website were customised based on the region, age groups, gender, preferences. This again led to significant improvement in engagement.
- This also introduced cross-channel personalisation, where the audience who missed reading personalised email, were still targeted with a similar experience on the website. This eventually prompted them to register for events on time.
