- Our team proactively looks out for any security vulnerabilities and applies the appropriate patch, safeguarding the system from any malicious attacks.
- Our team ensures that all the best practices and code conventions recommended by the platform are adhered to.
- We identify any product/platform defects that impact performance in the e-commerce store/CMS platforms. We seek product support by logging a critical defect and coordinate with the product until it gets resolved.
- We perform competitor analysis, platform feasibility study and subsequently recommend specific feature enhancements in the platform for our customers.
- We perform stress testing before every launch and ensure the platform is resilient and can meet the predefined performance benchmark
- We build and maintain an automated regression suite to perform regression testing before rolling out any enhancements and defect resolution
