What we do and how we do it?
- We do a complete audit of the marketing campaigns/programs on the platform and the deliverability metrics of the same
- Once an audit is complete, we prepare a comprehensive audit document by highlighting the critical metrics of the campaigns. For example, open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate and absolute numbers of the same
- The audit document is aligned closely with marketing's holy grail: best target, best channel, best offer and the best time
- Typically, the metrics are analysed based on the trend of campaign launches over a few months and segregate the low-performing campaigns
- Furthermore, we will conduct a granular analysis (segment, templates used etc.) on each low performing campaigns
- Based on the findings, we identify key pain points and recommendations on each item is detailed and defined in the audit document
- The recommendations are laid out by clearly defining the strategy to be implemented; we also decide what technology is to be used and how the impact will be measured.
