What and how we do it
- Lister helps the client in building custom solutions to enable data migration, both on a one-time and ongoing basis. We help move customer information--demographic, behavioural, transactional data-- to marketing platforms
- Typically, as a first step, Lister will do data discovery session with the client team to understand their data ecosystem and the specific details of the data they want to migrate
- Once the discovery is over, Lister will map out attributes and data points required for migration. This will be documented for sign-off. The data discovery document will cover data mapping, frequency of movement beyond the one-off migration
- The design document is then laid out by clearly by defining the one time and ongoing data sources migration, technology solutions to be used to build the solution
- We have built cloud-native solutions not restricted to AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Redshift or custom ETL solution like Apache NIFI, Talend etc. taking into consideration the functional requirements, client ecosystem, the volume of data to be migrated and the frequency in which to be migrated to name a few
- We also provide comprehensive monitoring of the solution to make sure nothing breaks post-implementation, and no data is lost
