- The existing email templates did not match email standards. Also, the client wanted it to look more attractive.
- Needed to improve branding standards across regions
- Client had to meet conversion and revenue targets during holidays such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas.
Solution
- Lister did a complete audit of the existing promotional templates
- Lister’s creative team revamped the whole template and create a special "Holiday Season” theme.
- CTA's were placed prominently in the template, and the number of personalisation elements were high
