  • Comprehensive checklist will be generated to check the correctness of the process
  • Developed an all-account dashboard to monitor the campaign or process status at any point of time
  • Support document will be created to handle any issues during the launches, detailing the procedure to fix the same
  • Daily generated report will be shared with clients on the number of campaigns launched and the throughput for the same
  • Escalate issues to client if there is any failure of launches by identifying the error logs from the marketing platform
