What & How we do it
- Lister helps the client to migrate their marketing assets from their Legacy marketing platforms to other marketing platforms like Responsys, Eloqua, Braze, Marketo etc.
- Migration process starts with rigorous campaign/program discovery workshop to understand marketing goals of the migration to get to the customer data, assets that need to be migrated and understand the dependencies if any with the existing platform
- Out of this workshop, Lister will produce exhaustive asset migration list and their priorities
- Lister then charts out a detailed migration plan, recording each asset migration start and completion date
- Lister takes care of end to end migration of assets, which includes template verification, converting respective personalization codes, configurations, segment creation etc.
- We will create an assets migration checklist for each asset that is migrated
- Finally, Lister will provide one consolidated document on migrated assets for sign-off
