Our customer is one of the largest financiers of consumer durables. Our customer is known for launching new consumer-friendly lending schemes and had plans to launch many more. However, ineffective marketing ammunitions proved to be a constraint. The marketing campaigns, driven by batch and blast and with no personalised messaging or standardisation across business units, were a huge obstacle. This had demotivated our customer, and they were loath to launch any new schemes.
Lister consulted with the customer, helping the company identify the right marketing platform and approach to solve their marketing challenges. We identified the critical campaigns for the customer and helped them build and orchestrate cross-channel journey programs that sent targeted communications to e-mail, SMS, push and social channels. We also helped to seamlessly integrate with existing IT solutions like CRM, Unica and other legacy applications, ingesting lead, and consumer data from all sources, establishing a single customer view.
