A leading telecom and broadband services provider in Mauritius, who were using Salesforce, wanted a solution to manage installations. They also needed to validate if the customer location was viable for providing such services. The solution involved:
- Validation process for viability of installation of broadband
- Estimation of installation costs and quote creation
- Field installation management post order confirmation
- Asset tracking and management
- Field service management
Partner portal for a conferencing solutions provider:
We built a Salesforce community partner and reseller portal framework, empowering their partners and partner resellers to manage the sales process and quote generation for their customers. The framework made it easy to replicate and build custom branded portals for each of their partners, enabling their partners to manage their own resellers. The time to build and launch custom portals was reduced to four weeks, which made it easy for the company to sign up new partners and get them up and running very quickly.
Opportunity to Order Fulfilment flow: A leading TELCO in India had challenges with process and managing order fulfilment flow. There were many legacy customisations done over time on their Salesforce instance, leading to complexity of the flow and causing several errors. Additionally, changes to the process were difficult to make and were very time consuming.
Lister team analysed their Salesforce org and processes, producing a solution to simplify the process and refactor the legacy code. This was a complex exercise but resulted in resolving all the challenges faced by the client.
