The client was looking to specialise in building connectors between Salesforce and community platforms. Some of communities they wanted to build connectors with included Jive and Lithium.
Our team worked on design, architecture and development of apps that enabled seamless integration between these platforms and Salesforce.
The community connector functionality included:
- Logging and tracking of cases from community platform into Salesforce
- Allow escalation of discussions in a community to a case
- Allow search of solutions and FAQ’s
- Enable solutions in community to be added to Salesforce KB
