They had issues with on-time reporting, inconsistencies in benefit plan administration and this led to them deciding to modernize their technology.

Define the best approach for the modernization and platform integration on the benefits administration system
Build a portal to administrate and validate retirement benefits, ensuring better access to highly accurate data.

Built a highly configurable, convenient self-service portal and migrated 11- year-old data from a filesystem to an Object-Relational Database (ORDB) Management System.
